On Wednesday 8 May 2013 at a glittering function in Johannesburg, I received the 2013 Standard Bank Sikuvile Journalism Award for Editorial Cartooning! I remain humbled by the unconditional love and support of my wife Rose-Anne, our children and our family. This is what has sustained me and nourished me on this path for all these years. I am also deeply moved by the messages and phone calls, good wishes and congratulations from friends, teachers, colleagues, clients and fellow cartoonists. Thank you so much!!!
